Dining at Sentro (Oca’s PMP Bash!)

Published on October 6, 2005
Oca, a director in our company, is one such person. He keeps quietly collecting his successes and so has to keep treating us every so often. He recently passed his Project Management Institute (PMI) certification, and is now a member of the odd 100 Project Managers in the Philippines who are PMI certified.

He treated the company’s MANCOM and PMs to lunch at Sentro restaurant in Greenbelt 2. We ordered 3 dishes, lots of rice, and bottomless sago gulaman. The food was better than average, the sago gulaman got different reactions from each of us, and the service was simply excellent (in a not overdone kind of way). Here is my commentary…

Single Subject Photography

Ever Watchful I’m trying to invoke different emotions with this picture. If you observe keenly, the subject is common: the feathery white plant thing on the foreground. I think, by fooling around with the contrast and angle and framing, I was able to achieve different flavors of the same subject matter.

I took these pictures on a trip to Cavite using my trusty A400. Didn’t get the chance to select a good subject even, just took pictures of the field beside Paul’s house. Anyway, would appreciate your comments.

I love it for the refreshing feeling I get after drinking good amount. I love that it’s something that not most people really, really like.
