I went back to cooking recently. Prepared a full Italian meal for Mox. The works! This even if things were stacked against me. 1) The last time I cooked a full meal was maybe 3 or so years back. 2) Italian (or European Cuisine in general) has never been my strong suit. 3) I have been too lazy to do any cooking for the past few months, and this… a seven course meal… is definitely going to push me to my limits.
I won’t get into the details of my ordeal. I want the menu and the photos to speak for themselves. Please tell me what you think.
